Volunteers: The Hands and Hearts of Arc's Value Villages!
Apply online to be a Value Village Volunteer! Volunteers
are key to Arc’s ability to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and
developmental disabilities and their families in this community. Nearly 75% of
Arc’s Value Village work force are volunteers! Consider the benefits of
volunteering:
-
Volunteering with Arc is fun, rewarding and convenient. Opportunities are
available in Brooklyn Center, New Hope, and Richfield!
-
Many of Arc’s volunteer positions are available for all ages and abilities.
Volunteer shifts are flexible and available seven days a week.
-
Volunteers may be eligible to receive a store discount based on hours of
service.
While volunteering, typical tasks might include: sorting donations, tagging
merchandise, hanging clothing, stocking shelves & racks, and straightening
the sales floor. It’s a great way to meet new people, stay active, and be a
part of a team!
