Print our optional Donation
Worksheet to help you create systematic documentation of your
donations for tax purposes. If you itemize, this is an invaluable tool. Each
time you donate, record your donations on the worksheet. Once you donate,
attach your worksheet to your receipt and put in your tax file. You’ll be all
set at tax time! For help determining the value of your donated goods, visit
the
IRS website.
Shopping for and donating second-hand clothing and household goods helps reduce
waste in our community. Furthermore, your donation benefits people with
intellectual disabilities and their families. Proceeds generated from Arc’s
Value Village Thrift Stores and Donation Centers support the services of Arc
Greater Twin Cities which assist people with intellectual and developmental
disabilities and their families throughout the lifespan

Children's Recalled Products
Safety of our customers is very important to Arc’s Value Village Thrift Stores
& Donation Centers. With recent news about toy recalls, Arc’s Value Village
has posted safety notices in its stores, along with recall information from the
Consumer Product Safety Commission. We also ask that parents who are going
through their children's toys either send the recalled toys back to the
manufacturer or dispose of at a county hazardous waste site. Please do not
donate these items for the safety of all involved.
